HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
• Bring a bottle of water, yoga mat and large towel (we have these items for rent or purchase in the boutique).
• Wear light workout clothing, most men are shirtless, women can wear bathing suits or yoga wear, generally less is better.
• Hydration is important so drink plenty of water during the day.
• Avoid eating 2 to 3 hours before class.
* Before class, advise your teacher of any injuries, physical restrictions or recent surgeries.
